Mrs. Thomas joined CapGroup in 2001, where she supports new business and ongoing client administration by proactively working to refine our process and improve efficiency. Prior to joining CapGroup, she worked in the life insurance industry for 19 years, focusing on underwriting, marketing and policy service. She currently holds her Life, Health and Annuity License. Mrs. Thomas shares the firm’s commitment to putting clients’ needs first and appreciates the team’s shared ethics and focus on collaboration.
